Originally published in 2015, this book brings to light the lawyer's ideas on the matter. His views were cited by the Superior Court of Justice (STJ) in the judgment of the repetitive appeal that defined theme 1000, regarding the production of documents.

The third edition includes several case law updates (e.g. theme 1000), including some updates containing references and citations made by Brazilian and foreign scholars about earlier editions of this book.
